We're a small, licensed adult family home in Moses Lake, Washington, with room for just six residents, so every person is known by name, and no one gets lost in the crowd. Here, residents find home-cooked meals, familiar routines, attentive caregivers, and the comfort and dignity of a real home.

Who cares for the residents?
Our residents are cared for around the clock by trained caregivers who get to know each person's routines, preferences, and health needs. A registered nurse is available on call for clinical guidance, and our administrator oversees day-to-day care.
What care and services do you provide?
Betty's House provides 24-hour personal care and supervision in a home with no more than six residents, so attention always stays personal. We help with the activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, manage medications, prepare home-cooked meals, handle housekeeping and personal laundry, and coordinate with each resident's doctors, home health, and hospice providers as needed.
What is daily life like?
Days move at a comfortable, unhurried pace. Residents enjoy our garden, shared meals at the table, games and music, conversation, and the easy companionship of a small household. We tailor activities to what each person enjoys, so there's always a reason to look forward to the day.
Is the home safe and secure?
Caregivers are on site and awake 24 hours a day, and are trained in emergency procedures. The home is set up with resident safety and comfort in mind, and we maintain the emergency and disaster planning required of every licensed Washington adult family home.
What are the living arrangements?
Betty's House offers both private and shared companion rooms, so families can choose what best fits their loved one's needs and budget. Caregivers prepare fresh, home-cooked meals every day, with care for individual dietary needs, comforting food, without the work of cooking or cleanup.
